Who has rented out their timeshare to pay maintenance fees please?

The ways listed above are possible but not very likely. It is really hard to rent out your timeshare for enough to cover the maintenance fees. The resorts are already renting out their unsold or unused timeshares for cheaper than they are charging you in maintenance fees. Not to mention you could also be charged for a special essment as a result of letting others stay at your timeshare ( if they do anything to warrant a repair a special essment will go to you). So renting out is usually not possible, however, if you own a very luxurious or high end timeshare it may be worth something near or above the maintenance fee costs.
