Does money train many a medical M.D.'s or are they just ingorant by themselves?

Many doctors run conveyor belt practices (5 minutes of almost nothing = $200), take "gifts" from pharmaceuticals, waste your time, don't return phone calls, don't even pretend to care about their patients. Mostly these doctors are nothing more than glorified technicians. You are more likely to find decent, caring and competent doctors among those who run specialty practices. They probably are more secure in themselves and don't have to fight tooth and claw for the money.
