I want to start over?

I'm a 22 yr old. Transferred college student to university. I didn't do to well my first couple semesters and I've lived in the same area that I'm in my whole life. Basically I don't think I have many friends and I want to have more friends and live and enjoy my life. I've been working at a bank since I was 17 and I feel like I've been working my whole life and I'm tired of it. By the time I'm 30 when I have to work I'm going to hate my life I'm gonna hate working regardless if "I love what I do, I'll nvr work a day in my life" I just want to have fun and enjoy my life and I don't think I can do that anymore here.
