What do POTC Jack/Elizabeth shippers think of Cruz?

I have been a shipper of Jack and Elizabeth for a while, and was somewhat disappointed when I heard that Keira was not going to be in the fourth installment. And I know that it's been officially announced that Penelope Cruz will play the love interest of Jack Sparrow.What I'm wondering is how other Jack/Elizabeth shippers are taking this. I personally hate the idea of Jack with anyone other than Elizabeth. At least canonically.
