Fancy perfume? Where can I buy it?

I really don't care that it's not a name brand like usual, but i believe it's Jessica Simpsons new perfume and it smells fantastic. I smelled it in a Glamour magazine and I desperately want it, but I can't find it anywhere! Help!! It smells like sugar or candy, not at all what I expected it to smell like. Just in case you were wondering what it smells like.
