How do u know when its over??

Ive been with my boyfriend for a year and a couple months and we see each other almost ever other day but i feel like i nvr get to see him at all and when im with him its okay but when i talk on the phone to him it seems like evr little thing just bugs me and it seems like he dosent apreatiate things i do anymore as much as he use to and i feel like i do everything special in our relationship (like surprize cookies, cute e-mails, random calls just to say i love u, ect..) but he is my first love n i nvr wan it to end but i cant help feeling like were starting to fall apart. i dont know wut to do or say to him
