Teaching Decline?

I agree with you and so many factors contribute to the problem. The best way that children can be succesfully educated is that they are provided with proper boundaries and are taught proper behavior from an early age. There are high perfroming schools in poor areas but these are few! WE need more dedicated,serious teachers. A way to help is to raise the salary for teachers. There is not a job more important! Make sure that ALL schools are funded well not just the ones in well-to-do areas. (This is crucial!)
