How to look good after swim cl?

I have a couple guys in my swim cl and they are very cute I want to know how to get them to like me and think im cute and I need to change really fast because they are really fast changers. So how do I get a cute look that is easy to do in a couple of seconds? Also I am very shy with guys how do I show them the funny confident me?
