What famous music conductors had big, white hair?

In Mozart's time all the men wore wigs, so you couldn't tell. Nowadays, big white hair is absolutely necessary for a career as a symphony orchestra conductor. The hair should be rather long and very straight so that it can get slightly messed up as the conductor whips his head from side to side to show how intensely and pionately he is conducting.
