What has ignited TEA party movement?

There is a crisis of financial mismanagement by the political cl at nearly all levels. I live in a city that is effectively bankrupt, a state in nearly the same condition, and U.S.' national debt levels are pointing down the same path as Greece's. Widespread bailouts are not the answer as they only encourage continued irresponsible behavior by the politicians. And our media still can't fathom what has created the Tea Party movement.
