Is there a way your parents can view what you text to your friends using your cell phone?

i have a stepmom who is a control freak.she has to read all our e-mail (incoming and outgoing),letters,birthday cards,and snoops through our room when we are gone.so my question is is there anyway see can view what i have text to my friends?like when she gets the bill or something?
