Will I still be able to teach college level with a B.S. in Exceptional Student Education and a masters in ESOL?

For those of you who are not familiar with what Exceptional Student Education comprises, it is a bachelor's degree that enables graduates of the program to be certified to teach students from Kindergarten through twelfth grade who may have mild, severe, or gifted exceptionalities. It also will endorse you in reading and English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) which many other colleges do not offer yet. It is considered a critical teacher shortage area, and therefore students who graduate from this program will be highly valued and needed. Furthermore, it opens job opportunities for you because you will be certified to teach in grades K-12 rather than simply elementary, middle, or high school as I would with a B.S in Elementary Education.
