Well I was wondering how she died in this show...?

Well I watched 1000 wayz to die today and This girl,it said she had everythin or somethin like that lol xD It said she traded it all away for a good night's sleep, the woman suffers from SUNDS(Sudden Unexpected Nocturnal Death Syndrome) And on wikipedia, 1000 ways to die it says she died from cardiac arrest in her sleep cause she couldn't wake up from an intense nightmare? Anywayz, in the nightmare there was an evil red creature choking her too death causing panic then death I think, was that red creature real cause he was choking her to death causing cardiac arrest, or was she just imagining the red evil creature choking her causing cardiac arrest? Im worried about this cause I have had nightmares(not like red evil creatures in them or anything) since I was 5 yrs Old I think and I have been able to wake up from them but every night its a different nightmare and sometimes when I wake up I dont know whats going on and freak out and call for my mom and dad, there was also this one horrible nightmare when I woke up paralyzed and couldn't move one bit! Im worried now and I dont want to die! :'( plz help me!
