Trying to get married but have no money.?

my partner and i have been engaged for 4 years and after having kids decided that now is the right time. we are both working 7 days a week to get some money together for it but it's not happening. we have tried to take loans and everything. i know we have all the time in the world, but it's starting to feel like it is never going to happen. you can get married for about 50 quid now in a registary but i feel we deserve better than that as you only do it once. i dont want a huge wedding costing thousands of pounds but a bit of money spend would make us feel better. any help?
