Should stephon marrbury take a job in construction?

I dont want to take away anything from the heat, cuz they played pretty good, but i think everyone knew that if rondo and garnett were there , the scoring wouldnt be so high. and why is stephon shooting sooo many bricks....i mean geez. In his prime he was the better version of what mo williams is now!! with his bricks he could build a house. How long will it take for him to get back in form???
