Should I apologize for my drunken behavior?

Last night a guy that I was interested in was at the bar and at first I ignored him because I was upset with him for blowing me off earlier on in the week. My plan was just to do my own thing but as the night proceeded I got incredibly drunk and supposedly I kept abducting him from this other girl and that I was giving her the stink eye! I feel totally embarred now because it was out of character for me...and the thought of me begging for his attention makes me sick. So should I send him a text apologizing for my behavior ( it may make me feel better) or should I just ignore it
