Pedophilia and fatherhood?

i think a pedophile can be a good father as long as they don't act on thier impulses to molest the child. thats basically the deal breaker right there. you hear so often about children being ually abused by thier biological fathers that it makes me think twice about my answer. thats like having a recovering alcoholic work at a liquor store and NOT fall to temptation. i dont think its a good idea for a pedophile who is really trying to control themselves to even have a child because of that risk.
