My Sucky Funny Awesome Horrible Bff...?

My bff brags constanltly. We have a webshow that is funny. SHe is a kiss up. She is honest. I could go on for hours, but i always get to one conclusion. She is a frenemie (friend/enemy) Should i be her friend? Or Should I leave her? If i leave her how do i do that kindly?
