A credit card co. obtained a judgement against me, can the court contact the IRS to take my full tax refund?

a regular credit card company cannot claim you tax refund, only government loans, like a student loan, or back taxes from previous claims, or a home loan thru the government etc, can keep that money as repayment. im almost possitive they can't even garnish your wages.
